(More customer reviews)I bought this from Amazon because the price was good and it seemed like this is a reasonable IP-PBX for about 10 phones in a small office. But I've had nothing but problems with this and the SPA400, and the SPA504g phones. Also, it seems this combination is really no longer supported by Cisco - there hasn't been a new firmware release since 2008. I suggest you consider an Asterisk based system instead. However, Cisco tech support has offered to buy this back from me at the price I paid, but now I'll need to start over.
