(More customer reviews)I have years of experience with IP cameras, and I use many, but decided to switch over to planex because of the features and very reasonable pricing, I ordered this camera and attempted to set it up with the set up software, no luck. The default IP address that these use will conflict with a modem IP, the setup software should be able to overcome this, but doesnt. also you should be able to plug it in and fix it from a PC, but will not work, Now customer support is really a joke, you call this number in California, leave your info on an "answering machine" and you will get a call back, sometime, then describe your problem to their staff of 1 who tells you to send an email, then in about 2 or 3 days you get an answer that barely relates to your problem, what do I do next, repeat all that?? This will go back in the box. I had high hopes but I end up disappointed.
