(More customer reviews)Decided to convert my ASUS G51X-X3 to a "hackintosh" for my wife. The install went really well until I discovered that there are a very small number of compatible wifi chipsets - and the Intel that came in the Asus wasn't one of them. Despite the fact that the Asus has enough empty space inside to park a car in, the mPCI wifi slot is only a half-length card. I searched the forums and the Dell DW 1510 was reputed to be compatible with Mac OS-X Snow Leopard. This card had a good price. I wasn't crazy about ordering from the Marketplace, but I took the chance. Received the item in only two days and A+ Tech was awesome the whole way. Popped the card in the laptop and Mac OS recognized it immediately with the native driver. Working like a champ!!
