(More customer reviews)This is NOT plug -n- play that's for sure So after I pay $10 to cisco to hook it up it works with my computer but not with my Iphone unless you are infront of your computer, I bought a new cisco WVC80N same camera works just fine only difference one's new an the other is refurbished. An cisco pretty much tells you that when you call them. Ed
