(More customer reviews)I bought this switch and it works great, but there is something everyone should known, and that is the switch will only work with 4 computers, not 5 as the name suggests.
On the back of the switch there are 6 ports, 5 you can use to connect to the internet or to computers, and 1 special uplink port to connect to another device like a router. However if you use the uplink port, you can not use port #5 as well, it's one or the other. Also, one of the 5 ports has to be connected to your modem for the internet. So out of the 6 ports you start with, 2 are not available for connecting to computers, and that means the max is only 4. I found this out only after looking at the booklet that comes with the switch.
