(More customer reviews)I don't really get into configuring these things. I just wanted it to work and it did so right out of the box. I just plugged in the power and the ethernet cables without any additional thinking. It appears to know which cable is the uplink and takes care of everything automatically. My only complaint is that the activity status lights are on the back where the cables are. Having the blinking lights on the front would deliver more value to the user.
