Item came packed in a Linksys box sealed from the factory with a 90 day warranty label and a driver CD.
Be warned that Windows 7 quickly identified the card as a broadcom and loaded a driver for it, which seemed to work, but couldn't find any wireless networks. I forcefed the included Vista driver to Windows 7 and it immediately started working with no problem. I'm still waiting for the 5 ghz Gigabit LAN access point, but the card is claiming 270mbs and a speed test exactly equals the 100mps ethernet cable I have the 2.4 ghz (100mps LAN port) access point plugged into, so far so good.
Shipping was reasonable and it arrived quickly.
