(More customer reviews)WARNING!!! Do NOT buy this product from Watson Electronics. I mistakenly did, and I received it fairly quickly, set up all the hardware...AND...I didn't get a connection. i went to internet explorer, typed in my default subnet gateway, (192.168.1.1) and it brought up the setup. I typed in my username and password after clicking PPoE setting, and clicked apply. all the other values (IP, and other network numbers) were default, and after calling linksys and bellsouth (my isp) they were apparently ok as default. after i clicked apply, I clicked on status, which said disconnected. Clicking on connect had no effect. After calling Linksys and being told that I would have to pay $32.95 for "senior technical support" because this product was beyond the current agent's "scope of support," I called Bellsouth. They, after much help, which I appreciated the effort, were unable to get me online. so they told me that after all my troubles, they would send me an upgraded version of the westell modem that came with my dsl service. bellsouth waived the fees ($119.95!!!) and sent me a free modem/router/wireless access point. DO NOT BUY THIS FROM AN ONLINE STORE!!! BUY IT NEW!!! If the warranty is expired (which it did in 2004 for this model) linksys refuses to help.
